A video of a white woman looking disoriented at Sangotedo in Ajah area of Lagos State has gone viral.
She was spotted on Friday evening, Jan. 20.
The woman, wearing a sleeveless top and skirt, had red spots – like syringe marks – all over her body and a cigarette in her hand.
A crowd gathered to watch her in concern.
