Kizz Daniel doesn’t lack hits, but I bet he could always use one more.
With his first project in over a year, and EP called “Barnabas” hitting the stores last week, Kizz Daniel is once again gaining well-deserved momentum for his efforts.
The extended play has been No. 1 on the NG Apple Music Albums chart since its November 19 release, even edging Adele‘s long-awaited “30” LP that dropped on the same day.
It now seems that the EP was a good choice for him after all.
The 7-track project, though, hasn’t spurred many hits just yet. The only hit from the EP, “Lie” has been released prior to the EP release. But there’s a good chance, that’s not going to be all the hits from the EP.
Here are three songs from the EP that could totally be Kizz Daniel‘s next smash, if he plays his cards right.
1. Burn
Kizz Daniel first came to the limelight by doing lover boy songs like “Laye” and “Jombo,” songs that can really turn up a wedding.
That’s kind of like what “Burn” sounds like. It’s a song that could’ve just easily been a track from the “King of Love” album. On this EP, though, it has a better chance to shine and maybe, who knows, do some numbers.

2. Addict
“Addict” is a song about addiction to drugs and a crazy lifestyle. With the catchy sing-along hook, Kizz Daniel made this ode to weed sound like an anthem for everyone.
What’s more, he affirms the number one stoner slogan: “after today I go change my ways.” It’s amazing what Kizz Daniel can do with a track.

3. Pour Me Water
Kizz Daniel is that fine boy simp that would say anything to get a girl back after a breakup.
“Pour Me Water” is just one of those songs where Kizz Daniel is using every line he can think of to get a girl’s motor running. Corny, sometimes. But absolutely stunning every time.
