There’s currently an unrest in Ile Iwe Command, Ipaja area of Lagos State, after a bribe-seeking police officer allegedly stabbed a tricyclist to death over N50 bribe.
The unfortunate incident occurred on Thursday morning, November 4, 2021.
According to reports, the tricyclist was convening passengers when he was stopped by police officers, who asked him for an N50 bribe.
It’s unclear what transpired afterward but an officer was said to have stabbed him in the chest, killing him on the spot.
