The EndBadGovernance protesters have launched a large demonstration in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja, involving one million participants.
According to Naijaloaded, the protest, which began on August 1, is set to conclude today, August 10.
The organizers had pledged to hold a million-person protest in all 36 states and the nation’s capital to mark the grand finale of the hunger protest.
Early on Saturday morning, protesters filled the streets, carrying various placards and chanting slogans like “we are hungry” to express their dissatisfaction with the high cost of living.
