Veteran Nollywood actor, Ibrahim Chatta has opened up on how he made the money to build his viral N1.4billion film village in Oyo state.
In a video currently making waves on social media, the 53-year-old actor revealed that he raised a staggering N1.4 billion project without taking any loans or grants.
According to him, he obtained the huge sum from an unexpected source of income during the COVID-19 lockdown.
Ibrahim Chatta, explained that he turned to providing personalized shout-outs during the lockdown while collaborating with fellow actor Tayo Sobola.
Each shout-out reportedly earned him about N300,000, and the high demand for these requests contributed significantly to his financial success.
The actor further revealed that he had no savings and was struggling with incomplete property projects before the film village.
Ibrahim Chatta attributed his breakthrough to divine intervention, expressing gratitude to God for the timely assistance.
