The Nigerian Police Force has confirmed the tragic killing of four individuals during an armed invasion at a supermarket in One Man Village near Mararaba, Karu Local Government Area, Nasarawa state.
Around 8:45 pm on Tuesday, armed men attacked the supermarket, resulting in the deaths of four customers.
Shockingly, one of the deceased was found in possession of a Central Bank of Nigeria identity card, as revealed in a video obtained from the incident.
Nasarawa police spokesperson, Ramhan Nansel, verified the occurrence and stated that an investigation has been ordered by the state’s Commissioner of Police, directing the Deputy Commissioner in charge of SCID to conduct a thorough inquiry into the matter.
