A viral video captures the moment a man provoked a mentally ill man who was curled up on a busy road’s culvert.
He told the insane man to stand up after giving him a kick, but neither he nor the nearby LASTMA officials were ready for what happened next.
The mentally challenged man picked up a large stone and briefly pursued the young man.
However, three LASTMA officials who were positioned at a traffic junction also took to their heels thinking he wanted to attack them.
