After more than a month of influx of releases, last week there wasn’t really a lot of new music.
Still, you can be sure that somebody will always pull up to save the week. This time, there was Teni and DJ Tunez. But that’s by far not all that dropped on Friday.
There’s more for sure, but from all the cluster, here are five new songs to kickstart your new week with. Be sure to download and enjoy.
1. Teni — Little
I guess we can say Teni is making a comeback. An important one, too. Because she just released her debut album last year.
Well, now she returned with two new songs, one of which is this one. “Little (Love I Love)” is a catchy amapiano-layered afro song that channels the kind of energy Teni had on hits from back in the day like “Askamaya.”

2. Teni — Legendary
The second of the songs Teni released last week, “Legendary” is one of those braggadocious tunes.
On this one, she brags about her bullion vans and tinted cars and even talked about smoking marijuana like Fela Kuti.
It doesn’t even matter that it is a Teni song, if anybody else could do this, it would be a straight banger.

3. DJ Tunez — Custom Made
Known for being Wizkid’s official disc jockey, DJ Tunez has since become a major part of the Afrobeats conversation.
“Custom Made” is a direct follow-up to the song he made with Rexxie and Mohbad, “Making More Money.” Anyone interested in afro-EDM vibes would love this!
4. Seyi Vibez — +234
Seyi Vibez just released another one called “+234” which is just another one of his hustle songs. Except this one has some style. From the catchy relatable lyrical content to the crow d voice on the hook.
No doubt, “+234” is a song for the streets. This is perhaps the first time Seyi Vibez is doing one for the core streets since he became a mainstream sensation. This one is definitely going to hit big. Don’t sleep on it!

5. Moelogo — Soft Life (ft. Chinko Ekun)
Moelogo has released another EP called “Euphonic,” which is his fourth project since 2020 began.
The five-track EP features Chinko Ekun and Kold AF. The song with the former YBNL rapper, Chinko Ekun, is called “Soft Life” and it is exactly what it sounds like. Just two guys talking about their lifestyle. It’s kinda nice to hear Chinko speak some Chinese though.
