Record labels are companies that market recorded music and corresponding videos.

They engage in a wide range of functions in the music industry, including new artist recruitment and development (known as A&R, which stands for artis and repertoire), music publishing, and copyright enforcement.

When I say biggest record label, you may want  to know or ask “What are the criteria you are considering that makes a record label big. Structure or number of artistes signed under them?”

Well, all of the above is to be considered in this context. For me, I think “Empire Africa” is the biggest.
