A desperate/angry man was seen in Portharcourt sitting on the road helplessly with his child that has a heart problem and needs urgent surgery abroad.
According to him, the Rivers State Government has not been helpful to him and his child. He claimed a Reverend father gave him just N10,000 when he went to a Catholic church to beg for help.
The doctor said the child has just 64 days only to live
