Sam Ifon releases the official visual, “Tell Me”

The song tells me was inspired by a wedding that I attended a few years ago in Lagos. It is about the challenges of long-distance love as the groom had to fly back to London where he lived and worked the following day, to begin the process of applying for her visa which takes over a year in many cases.

I kind of imagined that the issue of fidelity must have crossed his mind as the bride was very beautiful and likely to attract a lot of attention from younger men and generally men with money.

So he needed reassurance that his new wife would love him “Till the end”.
