Following the rapid rise of Portable the Zazuu crooner on social media, Samie Stunt has taken to Instagram to congratulate the latest music sensation at the same time taking a swipe at record labels and promoters.
In a post making the rounds on social media captioned “Am a land filled with Honey but nectar is what they chose” The fast-rising rapper expressed his dissatisfaction with the methods employed by record labels, promoters, and other music agencies in selecting artists for their brands and promotions respectively.
He could be heard clearly asking if creating good music is considered a crime in the industry. It remains a mystery what or who this message is directed at but the real question should be how good is Samie Stunt as an artist.
For an artist who isn’t new to controversy, The Lyrical Samurai has proved he can hold his own against any artist in the music industry.
As you can recall that the Nigerian rapper came on the music scene in 2019 after releasing “Pinky” a diss track aimed at Vector Tha Viper following the latter’s role in his clash with the highly-rated MI Abaga.
He has since released other musical projects including a smash hit with the Legendary Terry Tha Rapman. Should we be expecting a new track from the fast-rising rapper before the end of the year?
