Marlian King, Naira Marley re-enforces with this new track he titled, ‘Aye’ to mark his entrance into the new year.
On this new not-so viral song, Naira Marley teams up again with his frequent go-to beatsmith Rexxie, and he did something not so different from his usual his everyday type of sound.
However, One good thing I noticed about this track is the lyrics of this song, Naira Marley didn’t sing anything relating to sex and weed. Glory be to God!
Listen to “Naira Marley – Aye” below:-
REVIEW
‘Aye‘ is a Yoruba word which means ‘Life‘ and on it, N.M sings deep about life which would leave listeners thinking.
The mid-tempo song starts with the regular Afro-drums, a guitar solo of the chorus and vocals from Naira Marley chanting “Aye yi Ole” meaning “Life is not hard“.
Though “Aye” is that song many people would leave on their phone base on the fact that it is one of the hottest act on the block song but might begin to skip after a period of time, this track will have a very short shelf life compared to other Naira’s songs.
But Why Is This Song Not Viral Yet?
Obviously this is not a song for the Marlians! The song has too many manners in it and definitely not what the #NoMannerz geng want.
So Guys
As A Marlian, Did Naira Marley Disappoint You With This New Song “Aye”?
