Osabuohein Osaretin popular known as SARZ ON THE BEAT with his unique intro REAALLYY is a Nigerian record producer, musician and part time disc jockey.

Sarz is arguably the best producer in Nigeria at the moment, and has produced tracks for the likes of Wizkid, Burna Boy, Dagrin, Wande Coal, Reminisce, Skepta, Niniola, Chris Brown, Drake and also a Hennessy Artistry themed song.

The big question is have you ever listened to a track produced by Sarz and the beat overshadows the lyrics of the track or the lyrics overshadow the beat?

The big answer is NO.

Sarz has a unique way of balancing the beat with the lyrics of the song which makes you able to know the artiste did a good job on the track.

He has also delivered on the production aspect for example on the Oja track by Reminisce, the beat was hard core and a vibe able beat but the audience was also able to get the lyrics right which was where the popular slang “STAY JIGGY BI PAPA WEMBA” was gotten from.

Sarz has been in the industry since 2007 and produced his first A –list track for Ruggedman, and has not changed his style of producing ever since.

I was at the recently concluded Mainland Block Party and Sarz was a guest disc jockey, and this guy surprisingly didn’t spin any song throughout his stay on deck.

Sarz played beats of every song he has produced for top acts without the lyrics of every track and everyone was thrilled about this, a producer doing what our disc jockeys dare not do.
