1. Wizkid vs Davido Shoki-Shitta Drama

The beef between Davido and Wizkid re-surfaced again this year after a bald-headed, pot-pollied man nick-named Shoki-Shitta made a viral video to invalidate Wizkids street credibility in Surulere while singing song of praise to Davido describing him as the most accepted artiste in Surulere.

It was later reported that Wizkid himself ordered boys to threat Shoki-Shitta‘s fuck-up on a normal level.

As OBO, Davido reacted with money by rewarding Shoki-Shitta with 1 million naira cash for having to receive beating for publicly supporting him.

This issue degenerated into lots of hard banters between Wizkid loyalists and DMW boys.

2. Kizz Daniel & Demmie Vee Contract Saga

The entire music industry was thrown into the state if “wetin happen” when Demmie Vee, a (Flyboi act at that time) called out his label boss, Kizz Daniel on social media.

In a long social media write up, Tiff crooner, Demmie Vee spilled the beans on the circumstances surrounding his deal with Flyboi INC saying Kizz Daniel collected 15 million to sign him and push his career but did nothing.

According to Demmie Vee, the only thing Kizz Daniel did for him was altering his voice to sound awkward on “You Go Wait“, a song that had both of them.

3. Lyta vs Olamide YBNL Exist Issue

After spending close to 2 years at YBNL with two hit singles, Lyta‘s exit from his mother record label didn’t end on a very good note.

It all started when Olamide unfollowed the young artiste on Instagram.

When asked about his actions, Olamide confessed that Lyta sent a text requesting to leave the record label so he had to unfollow him to avoid negative energy.

Olamide further stated that, Lyta is Jealous of Fireboy‘s success and very impatient that he couldn’t wait for his turn on the YBNL music calender.

In his own reaction to Olamide’s statement, Lyta explained that he is not aware of any music calendar, saying he cannot afford to sitdown and do nothing with his career when there is a blind mother at home to feed.

4. Naira Marley vs EFCC Tussle

Simi started the whole thing with her razor-shaped mouth when she took to I.G live to condemn yahoo-boys to a point that she bluntly dared them to stop listening to her music.

EFCC wasted no time to pick him up for investigation and boom, some credit cards were found on his laptop. As a result, he was made to battle 11 count charges in court.

Consequently, he had to go chill with Seun Egbegbe at Ikoyi prison for weeks before he was finally released on bail.

5. Peruzzi vs Pamilerin Slap Drama

DMW act, Peruzzi unleashed a heavenly slap on popular social media influencer, Pamilerin at an event in Port-Harcourt.

It was discovered that Peruzzi acted on a January tweet by Pamilerin comparing him to Teni and also daring him to pull a music project without a collaboration.
