A man (very rich I guess) loaded his Vehicle with Mopol just to go out but met his match on the Road.
Gov. Wike convoy intercepted him on the road and he and his Mopols were ordered to come down from the Car.
Gov. Wike ordered his own Security men to take the man to the Isolation center – “Take him to isolation center”
