Buhari Reacts To Maltreatment Of Nigerians, Africans – See What He Said

President Muhammadu Buhari has condemned the maltreatment of Nigerians and Africans at the Ukraine-Poland border.

Video making the rounds on social media showed Africans being relegated to the back of the queue and prevented from entering the train to Poland from Ukraine.

Some Nigerian students, including a mother with her baby, were forced to give up their seats for Ukraine citizens.

The President, in a statement signed by Garba Shehu, Senior Special Assistant to the President (Media & Publicity), said everyone despite nationality, should be treated equally in the face of war.

Condemning their actions, Buhari said Africans, including Nigerians, have the same right to safe passage under UN Convention and the colour of their passport or their skin should make no difference.

Part of the statement read:

“While efforts to begin talks between Russia and Ukraine are underway, paramount on our minds is the safety and human rights of some four thousand Nigerian citizens and many others from friendly African nations today stranded in Ukraine

“There’s a long history dating back to decades of Nigerians and other Africans studying in Ukraine, particularly medicine. The majority of Nigerian citizens in the country today are university-enrolled students.

“From video evidence, first-hand reports, & from those in contact with their wardsor Nigerian consular officials there have been unfortunate reports of Ukrainian police and security personnel refusing to allow Nigerians to board buses & trains heading towards Ukraine-Poland border.

“In one video widely circulating on social media, a Nigerian mother, with her young baby, was filmed being physically forced to give up her seat to another person.

“There are also separate reports of Polish officials simply refusing Nigerian citizens’ entry into Poland from Ukraine.

“One group of Nigerian students having been repeatedly refused entry into Poland have concluded they have no choice but to travel again across Ukraine and attempt to exit the country via the border with Hungary.

“But, for that reason, it’s paramount that everyone is treated with dignity and without favour.

“All who flee a conflict situation have the same right to safe passage under UN Convention and the colour of their passport or their skin should make no difference.”

The President prayed for those affected by this plight and expressed support to every diplomatic move to bring the Russian-Ukrainian war to end.

EFCC has been doing much to take over immediately after SARS, the funniest part is NDLEA coming to this field as well. The target is Yahoo Boy but it seems youths generally suffer it most not only the g boys.

See what happened at Lagos Island today as five people were reportedly killed by the NDLEA men.

In my opinion, I think it’s high time they know their limit and boundaries, you can’t just hand over guns to every agency, it’s not right. Nigerians are fond of misusing power and oppressing.

Davido Set To Buy New Richard Mille Wristwatch Days After Burna Boy Flaunted His

David Adeleke aka Davido is poised to receive a new Richard Mille wristwatch only days after his teammate, Burna Boy, showed off his own.

Recall, Burna Boy had purchased a third Richard Mille timepiece valued at N100 million +.

In a popular video uploaded on his Instagram account, the self-proclaimed African Giant flaunted the pricey jewellery.

”Big up to @a_jewellers for delivering my 3rd @richardmille to me in my home in Lagos”, Burna wrote.

Well, Davido has now asked his personal jeweller, Benny to send him one as well. He contacted the jeweller via his Instagram story and in response, Benny disclosed that the wristwatch is already on its way to the singer.

NDLEA Operatives Don’t Need Warrant To Search Your House

Femi Babafemi has revealed why operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency don’t need to have a warrant before they can search any premises.

The spokesman for the anti-drug agency made the revelation following an outcry over the night raid on the home of singers Zinoleesky and Mohbad by NDLEA operatives.

In a viral video from the raid, friends of the singer were captured demanding a warrant from the operatives who ignored them while moving on with the arrest of the singers.

Posting on Facebook, Babafemi shared a screenshot of an Act that allows NDLEA operatives to search premises without having a warrant.

He captioned the screenshot, “This is for the benefit of those who want to know why officers of @ndlea_nigeria don’t need a warrant to search premises or vehicles; arrest suspects or seize exhibits. It’s the LAW!”

GOOD NEWS!! NDLEA Releases Zinoleesky From Custody (Watch Video As He Returns Home)

The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has released Marlian music signed artiste, Oniyide Azeez a.k.a Zinoleesky.

Marlian Music boss, Naira Marley, via his Instastories on Friday evening shared a video of the young artist to confirm his release.

In the video shared, Zinoleesky was captured shirtless along with Naira Marley and other of their crew member, whilst chilling inside a car with other crew members of the Marlian music.

Naijaloaded had reported that operatives of the NDLEA stormed the residence of the musicians in the Lekki area of Lagos State, in the early hours of Thursday morning.

An eyewitness claimed that the officials carried out the arrest without having any search warrants.

In the now-viral video, operatives of the NDLEA were seen manhandling the musicians, whilst shooting into the air to force them into waiting vans.

Naira Marley in a tweet accused the NDLEA of physically assaulting his artists after they were illegally arrested from their Lekki residence.

The popular singer also asked the anti-narcotic agency to release Zinoleeksy from their custody, claiming that the singer is under a lot of stress and torment.

Nigerian singer Mohbad has left fans worrying about after his disturbing Instagram live video last night.

The music star claimed Naira Marley is after his life and should be blamed for his death. Mohbad begged his fans for help and said he doesn’t want to die.

Who Is Mohbad?

MohBad is a Nigerian singer-songwriter and rapper from Lagos state. He built a fanbase by posting videos of himself freestyling, and in 2019 he signed a deal with Marlian Records, owned by fellow Nigerian artist Naira Marley.

You recall the Marlian records signee and his label mate Zinoleesky were arrested by The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) after a midnight raid on their residence in the Lekki area of Lagos.

In a viral Instagram video, the agents were seen hitting the artists and forcing them into a waiting bus.

Following the incident, the Marlian Records boss via his Insta story expressed indignation over his signee’s arrest by the NDLEA operatives.

The Soapy singer said:

“I’m so fucking angry RN walahi.”

The question now is, did Naira Marley truly wanted or attempted to kill his signee Mohbad and why?

Well, nobody can tell yet until we hear his own side of the story. We really need to know why they are after Mohbad’s life. The video was so terrifying. The young man look scared.

Hope this won’t affect his music career sha because Naira Marley is likely to terminate his contract with Marlian Music after the whole saga.
