The genesis of this collaboration was as a result of Starboy recognizing the potential in Buju and decided to give him the big chance of having a collaboration with him.

No doubt, the intention was to have another song as big as “Essence” but why didn’t “Mood” push “Essence” aside? That’s a talk for another day.
All in all, “Mood” is dope song and Buju killed it for sure.
