The video assistant referee was in action again yesterday during Chelsea vs Liverpool match and Tottenham vs Fulham.
An obvious handball by Kante inside the box was not given as a penalty while playing against Liverpool, while a handball in the build-up of Fulham’s goal was given as handball.
