Mayokun Somide a.k.a M-AYO is a music artist, producer, and songwriter from Abeokuta, Ogun State.

Born and raised in Lagos, M-AYO found his love for music as a kid.

Coming from a musical background, he learned to make music with the keyboard, guitar, and saxophone.

After graduating from Eastern Mediterranean University in Cyprus, M-AYO is now ready to take the music business more seriously and he aspires to be a major influence in the Nigerian music industry, and to promote making a livelihood out of passion.

His latest single ‘Low Time‘, prod. By Dami Rore, aims to serve as a proper introduction into the music industry and a prelude to his introductory EP set to drop in the 1st quarter of 2021.

On this song he paints a picture of the struggles and intricacies of the music industry.
