Four Police Officer Sacked For Killing Black Man Who Screamed “I Can’t Breathe”

The four officers who appeared in a viral video which shows the moment George Floydw as killed have been fired from their job.

The officers had pinned Floyd to the ground with claims that he was resisting arrest. See the video HERE

One of them used his knee to pin his neck to the ground which forced Floyd to yell out “I can’t breathe”.

Shortly after, a bystander stated that he saw blood coming out of Floyd’s mouth. His body which appeared lifeless was carried away in an ambulance before he was later pronounced dead.

The Minnesota Police issued a statement saying the officers were responding to a report on “forgery in progress”.

It reads:

“Officers were advised that the suspect was sitting on top of a blue car and appeared to be under the influence. Two officers arrived and located the suspect, a male believed to be in his 40s, in his car. He was ordered to step from his car. After he got out, he physically resisted officers. Officers were able to get the suspect into handcuffs and noted he appeared to be suffering medical distress. Officers called for an ambulance.”
