The circumstances around the postponement of the Presidential Election earlier slated for February 16th 2019 was a shocker to most Nigerians.
Many Nigerians who had traveled far and wide to exercise their franchise were left disappointed in INEC for waiting till few hours to the election before announcing postponement due to some untold logistic reasons.
